I have recently retired, I am a lover of the outdoors and keen to help where possible keeping public areas clean and litter free. I am currently volunteering with Durham Countryside Rangers. I rent an allotment and enjoy growing vegetables for use in the kitchen and cut flower beds. I am also a member of Beamish WI, and Friends of Beamish Museum. To relax I enjoy reading, knitting and listening to music. I find yoga very supportive to my wellbeing.
